following prize winners were announced. \u00a0My congratulations to the winners in each section and the highly commended awards. \u00a0As one of the judges of the juried entries, I can say that the final outcome was reached only after much careful deliberation and consultation, which was both an honour and a pleasure. \u00a0Go <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\"
