Well I’ve pieced shapes and set them in, and things have gone together well – all finished and bound with sleeve on the back.<\/p>\n

\u00a0I won’t show it all to you, but just enough to give an idea of an issue I have to decide on – \u00a0whether to go with dots, or not<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Are they a bit of a cliche? \u00a0Is their use cultural misappropriation? Are they just a readable reference to Aboriginal art? \u00a0Will they offend anyone? \u00a0On the left side is a segment of the quilt top design, and on the right you can see a strip that came from trimming to size, and it was very useful to use to paint some gold dots on to get an idea of what the overall effect would be:<\/p>\n
