The place was very crowded , and from our perch up at the counter at <strong><em>El Palenque,<\/em><\/strong> arguably the very best restaurant there, we had a good view of the fascinating passing parade.<\/p>\n<p>This young woman&#8217;s hair caught my eye and she graciously agreed to this photo.
