My wall quilt “Spirogyra 3: In The Weeds” was selected for the Interpretations26 exhibition at the Visions Museum Of Textile Art, VMOTA, and in additon to the usual updated headshot photo, resume and biography, we artists were asked to send them a 60 second (max) video of us talking about our art. I thought I’d have a go and so consulted tech savvy daughter who works with videos all the time, and she outlined what to do. It took me a while to rig up a very non-professional looking structure to hold the phone camera at more or less face level 🙂

By asking AI, I learned how to take a single frame from the video and save it as a still shot. I placed a small coffee table up on the dining table, and on top of that parked a couple of thick books holding an unopened box of wine and a coffee tin that with a bit of duck tape propped the phone up at MOL face level.
